You can use Nobly to track the sales for each individual customer and as a database for your customers

Create New Customer: 

  1. On the Register select Add Customer 
  2. Select the green add person logo at the top of the page next to search customer
  3. Fill in the customer’s details to the detail you want to fill in 
  4. Then select Create and Add to Bill and the customer will be added to your database

Add Existing Customer to a Bill: 

  1. On the Register select Add Customer 
  2. Search for the customer by their name or via scrolling through the list
  3. Select the customer’s name and they will be added to the bill 
  4. You can remove the customer from the bill if you select the wrong customer by swiping to the left on their name below Bill Total and selecting the Trash Can 

Remove Customer from an Order:

  1. At the top of the order screen the customer's name will be in a black bar
  2. Swipe to the left on the customer name 
  3. A red bin icon will display
  4. Select icon to remove customer from order 

View Customers Details in Nobly:

  1. On the Register select Add Customer 
  2. Search for the customer by their name or via scrolling through the list
  3. Select the customer’s name and they will be added to the bill
  4. Tap on the customer’s name below bill Total 
  5. You will then be able to edit their details, see their total spend, their store credit, transaction history and any bills or loyalty campaigns they have on their account
