When your customer is ready to pay, you have a few options. Cash, Card, Split Bill, Other Tender. 

Cash

  1. To add a cash discount select the option
  2. You will then be presented with three amounts: the exact amount, the next pound, the next highest note 
  3. You can enter a custom amount that the customer has given you by tapping £0.00 on the page and inserting it
  4. You will then press charge and the cash drawer will pop open 
  5. Hit charge and then you will be able to select whether to print a receipt or not - a fully grey box means it will print
  6. Press done to complete

Card

  1. To pay by card select the card option 
  2. If you have an integrated card reader it will automatically come up with a large box and then amount being sent to the terminal 
  3. If it is not integrated then it will come up with a screen with Credit or Debit Card Payment, an image of a reader and the invoice number (NOTE: If you have an integrated card reader and this screen has appeared then your card machine has exited integrated mode and the payment will not be successful)
  4. Hit charge or done and then you will be able to select whether to print a receipt or not - a fully grey box means it will print
  5. Press done to complete

Split Bill

You can either split a bill by item or by value 

Split by item

  1. Select the Split Bill option and then Split by Item 
  2. You will then able to tap the products on the left hand side to add them to the sale 
  3. If you make a mistake simply tap them again on the right when they have moved to and it will move back to the bill left to pay 
  4. Charge off the whole bill via this payment method 
  5. Hit charge or done on each payment and then you will be able to select whether to print a receipt or not - a fully grey box means it will print
  6. Press done to complete

Split by Value

  1. Select the Split Bill option and then Split by Value 
  2. You will then be able to take each payment by tapping on the blue Payment #N and selecting the amount to pay
  3. Charge off the whole bill via this payment method 
  4. Hit charge or done on each payment and then you will be able to select whether to print a receipt or not - a fully grey box means it will print
  5. Press done to complete

Other Tender

  1. If you have set up Other Tenders or Gift Cards you will be able to use them as a form of payment in the checkout flow
  2. Simply select other tender and then the specific payment type you wish to take on the payment screen 
  3. Hit charge and then you will be able to select whether to print a receipt or not - a fully grey box means it will print
  4. Press done to complete
