When you would like to make changes to you categories, you can manage it all from the backoffice. 

  1. Go to your backoffice from a laptop/desktop at app.noblypos.com or from the iPad itself
  2. On the menu on the left select products
  3. Select the Advanced Features drop down from the bar across the top and then select Manage Categories
  4. You can now edit your categories, or create a new category 
  5. To create a new category, select the Add New Category option in the top right hand corner
  6. On this new page you will be able to edit the category name, create or select a department, change the colour, and choose which ticket types the category will print.  
  7. Once you have completed this, you can then hit save!

You can also head to your iPad Grid whenever you create a new category on Nobly and wish to add it to your register!
