When you would like to make changes to you categories, you can manage it all from the backoffice.
- Go to your backoffice from a laptop/desktop at app.noblypos.com or from the iPad itself
- On the menu on the left select products
- Select the Advanced Features drop down from the bar across the top and then select Manage Categories
- You can now edit your categories, or create a new category
- To create a new category, select the Add New Category option in the top right hand corner
- On this new page you will be able to edit the category name, create or select a department, change the colour, and choose which ticket types the category will print.
- Once you have completed this, you can then hit save!
You can also head to your iPad Grid whenever you create a new category on Nobly and wish to add it to your register!
