When you make changes to your Backoffice via either the in-app Manager Dashboard or via your web browser through app.noblypos.com, you need to get the app to fetch these changes.
To do this:
- Tap the three bars at the top left of your main Nobly screen to take you to the menu,
- Tap Settings
- Tap Resync
- Wait for it to pull your data and come up with "MANUAL REFRESH".
- Tap okay and find your changes in the app to confirm.
