When you make changes to your Backoffice via either the in-app Manager Dashboard or via your web browser through app.noblypos.com, you need to get the app to fetch these changes.

To do this:

  1. Tap the three bars at the top left of your main Nobly screen to take you to the menu,
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Resync
  4. Wait for it to pull your data and come up with "MANUAL REFRESH".
  5. Tap okay and find your changes in the app to confirm.
