You can use Nobly to get visibility over what staff are doing on the till, customise staff permissions and managing your timesheets. 

Add an Employee

  1. Go to your backoffice via the iPad or a computer at app.noblypos.com
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left
  3. Tap/Click on Manage Staff from the options along the top bar
  4. Tap/Click Add Employee 
  5. You can now enter the employee name, passcode, an email address (reference only) and give them permissions

Manager: This profile allows access to the Manager Dashboard and perform the cashing up functions for the day, opening the cash drawer and can apply refunds and discounts
Backoffice: This allows access to the Nobly Backoffice platform
Discounts: This allows the employee to apply discounts to orders 

    6. Once you are done, hit save and they will be able to use their passcode to enter      Nobly

Staff Rules

  1. Go to your backoffice via the iPad or a computer at app.noblypos.com
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left
  3. Tap/Click on Manage Staff from the options along the top bar
  4. Tap/Click Staff Rules at the top of the new page
  5. Here, you can give all cashiers the ability to refund and discount sales, turn on the timeclock and set an auto-clockout time, and you can set Nobly to lock after each sale is made
