You can use Diagnostic Tools to send a copy of information about your iPad and internet strength to our development team.  

We will sometimes request you to access this when you are facing certain issues with the app.  

You can access Diagnostic Tools

  1. Tap the three dashes in the top left hand corner of the app 
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap on Diagnostic Tools on the left 
  4. You will not need to screenshot or hit refresh, just let it load and we will receive a copy if you are connected to the internet
